If lifting / adjusting the wedge doesn't do it, it could also be a broken gear on the motor that turns the "lifting rod". I had that happen recently here and saw that the gear had cracked and wasn't stuck on the drive shaft anymore allowing the blade to lift/drop at incorrect times.
We manufacture 3D printers and do printing/prototyping. We should have our own line of filaments available soon, but working on getting all of our printer parts/products online and filling orders is a lot of work.

It is the "Inland Brand" here that we like to use and has always been the most reliable filament.
We do not like to use the Makerbot filament even though it is reliable; mostly for the price, but also because it is...
Right now most filaments are coming from overseas and the quality control really isn't in place yet, also "the big players" you would expect aren't even in place yet in this field; especially in the filaments arena. Just look at all of the new filament types being released and tested currently...

A quick tip - if things aren't printing how they should, lie to the plotter and tell it that you're using a different type of media or foil.
Good luck!

What waxes can you use / not use on wraps? (A customer is asking me, and I wanted a solid answer)
