Looks fine ... although I would move the "M" a tad further to the right or decrease the keyline, but I would maintain the distance between the flag and the "C".
Get rid of that nasty nasty "autmotive" font. The other elements are clean and crisp and the "automotive" just messes it up. Keep it...
Generally speaking those that profer other peoples works as their own are those that do not have the calibre or ability to do it themselves. Alone.

Depends on the size - import into Corel, Illy etc and perform a trace. Already a vector then.
If graphics are not to bad, fonts can be matched and dlete the original (pdf) then you have clean crisp text.
