I had the same problem with DURACOAT cartridges, not problem with Gerber, Renown, Brand, the only solution was take off the "refill" and put it on Renown or Gerber cartridge....

I have the same problem with my gsx15plus, not solution for that......clean, adjust, calibrate....not solution, simply not enought accurate plotter.....there is more post from members with the same problem and not solution. Regards.

I think that Gerber Edge1 LE has two differents types of Power Supply, the last models used the same that Gerber Edge2..........
