Has anyone had this problem before? We just changed the black ink and put another one in and it keeps saying replace faulty ink. Then when we put the one back in we took out it is saying the same thing.

We picked up another HP L26500 today to go with our first one and when we printed the first print everything came out perfect just like on the other one we have. We replaced the carriage belt on our L26500 and for some reason every time it goes to clean the head it makes the noise like the belt is slipping. It only does that when it cleans the head. Any time it does a normal pass it does not do that. Would anyone know what is causing this?

We got the belt put on and everything cleaned up but it still acts like the belt is slipping. I am guessing that has to do with it needing adjusted?

No we always make sure it is cleaned and it only does it on certain files. It has to be something with the file but we were just trying to figure out if anyone had it happen before to see what could be causing it.

Yes when we do a large solid block it prints the same as the original picture we posted where it does not turn out solid and just had lines and spots of nothing showing up. Can a head go that fast? Last night it worked perfect without any problem and it only has 11,000 minutes.
