We currently have 2 latex printers, a 360 and an L26500. It's possible we might be getting an account to do a lot of poster printing. If this is the case, would it be better to get a cheaper aqueous printer like the Z6200? What are the pros and cons to printing on something like that for posters...

We tried the HP Photo Realistic Poster Paper on our L360 and we got head strikes in 5 out of 6 prints. Called HP and they said they knew that was an issue and recommended going with a different poster media for the L360.

Thanks guys. The attached picture should do a better job of describing what I'm going for. If you look at the top decal using Oracal 210M, you'll see it has a slight texture. And there's no silvering. The bottom decal has the effect I'm going for. Flat, but no texture.

Thank you. When you look at it at an angle in the light, does it have a slight sparkle or texture to it? Trying to avoid that.
