Curious why you ruled out Zund. We looked at Esko and Zund, and after visitng Zund and seeing the machines in person it was easy. We absolutely love how simple it is to use and it's dead nuts consistent every time.

Has anyone found an alternative bit manufacturer or a collar that can be applied to Non-Zund bits for Zund machines with the ARC mag?

What dimensions were the stickers? I print and cut small stickers on my HP latex and Zund G3 flawlessly. Small, big, medium, etc.

Most "removable" films aren't very removable after ~6 months. Oracal 3621 is an awesome indoor wall film.

Don't get me wrong, I LOVE my UV. It's a workhorse and print quality is amazing. Latex is just better at some things.

Who manufactures the acrylic? See if they offer the same material but in 0.20 or .060. Although, I print about 20 sheets of acrylic per week and the standard profiles have achieved perfect results. If a certain pantone is off, I just print an "atlas" and create spot colors.

On the right hand side where it shows what Media you have selected, it should have what the printable width is in parenthesis. You need to make sure the file you are printing is within that PW.

We used to have a fleet of 10 JV5-160's. Finally we got to the point where we were replacing heads that equaled the monthly payment on a MS JP4 which would match the output of 4 JV5's.
