That what we did... found someone with a water jet to cut out some Alumacore panels to form huge 24' sign. The vinyl cuts and the water jet cuts were perfect and right on.

Goto signwarehouse and download the profiles. I use the oracal 3651 for just about all media. Not sure if its 3651 but I think that is it.

That is definetly a recomendation I wished I would have done about three years ago. Removing reflective is the worst.

We use conduit at the top and have it hang out about 1' and we also put some at the bottom to weigh it down so it doesn't flap around like a flag when they carry it. All taped with oracal banner tape..

Depends on how much you plan to install with it. Lately for us its been channel letters and a lot of cabinet installs. For us if its something you can carry in a truck the customer generally doesnt want to pay to install.

I generally go 150dpi but I know others who go 72dpi on something that size. But I guess its also who is your client and is and how long you can wait for the image to load and then rip.
