Hi Im dealing with getting ACM cut at the vendor from full sheets down to real estate riders, then printing them on a UV. Problem is they are arriving twisted, almost like a propeller. if I get a short side flat on a table, the opposite side will have one corner up about 1/4 to 3/8".

new cap tops isnt going to stop the machine from dumping the inks. is all the ink going into the waste bottle or are they dumping onto the floor or into the printer?
is that metallic ink? your captop could be partially clogged. but likely the damper is clogged or the metallic havent been used in a while and starting to clog in the head.
what blades are you using? Who replaced the cutting strip? and was the cutting strip OEM Roland?
Bearings and rail are in spec?
Have you replaced the blade holder? Is your blade holder the black plastic one or the steel one?
