Your bleed limit is set too close... in Corel when you export an EPS click on the advanced tab. Then make sure "objects" is selected under "bounding box, and make sure "bleed limit" is checked. In the field beside "bleed limit" enter .125".
Are you printing from EPS files? You need a larger boundary around the file.

You need to clean your heads with some cleaning solution and a swab. Ink has built up on them and is dripping off. It might be from a thread or something riding on it or it might be from just a lot of printing. I have to clean mine every 20 or 30 hours of printing. After about that long the ink...

I would find a computer that either had a serial port or buy a PCI serial port and install in your computer. Those USB to Serial adapter cables can be real flaky.
I would use velcro instead of drilling holes in the sides. I had a vending trailer come in here to get redone... The old signs were panels velcro'd on. I didn't think I would ever get that stuff off. He could have driven 100mph and them signs wouldn't have blown off!
