A technician has replaced a transistor on my mainboard and since installing it when I power up the machine it beeps continuously. The technician also can't figure out what the problem is. He checked all the fuses and transistors etc on the board and all was OK. He also checked the head cables...

I will try to replace the captop and spring. I've also left the machine for about a week now and the yellow is completely gone. Even when i syringe it hardly anything comes out.

My Roland 540 yellow head needs atleast 2 or more powerful cleans every morning before its starts spraying yellow ink and that also 80-90% only. Without cleaning it either doesnt spray at all or only sprays around 30%. Would this mean that the head is clogged or could it be a damper or cap top?

My cyan test print is very fuzzy.. I've tried normal to heavy cleaning, manual cleaning, used a syringe and replaced cap top but still the same.. Any ideas what's up?

I usually do 3 - 5 "normal clean" before it starts spraying correctly and then it has to be cleaned the next day again

For the last month I have had to clean my yellow head daily as the test print is 50 - 60% coverage only. Does this mean im "loosing my head"?

Everyday when I do a test print the yellow does not print properly and only after a few cleans does it start to print ok. Why is this happening?

Isnt there software available that automated the process of manually working out what material is required and then calculate cost / sell price?

Not its not easier because it takes at least 30 minutes sorting the data out and must be done on a weekly basis

The versaworks job log does offer some information but I would like to extract each weeks numbers from the exported csv file instead of going through the job log and doing it manually.Has someone perhaps got a script that does this with only a few clicks?
