    Why do you need to enter the service mode to replace dampers? You can easily do that without entering that menu.

    Hi, The name of the ink, please? Maybe the magenta pigment is too strong and you need self-build ICC profiles.

    You will have to replace those print-heads. Those are old print-heads. Despite that thing, they are working on SP, SC and SJ series. Good luck with that!

    It's not a standard fuse from glass. It's a small white ceramic fuse and it meassures less or 1 cm I suppose. It is placed on the main board.The one made of glass belongs to the power supply board.
