With reading a post on someone's logo today I though I would start a post showing members of Signs 101 logos. This isn't here to complain and bicker just to see what kind of logos everyone has. Below is mine and though some of you may like it, some of you will absolutely hate it and think its...
I don't like knocking people because you have to start somewhere but I will agree in starting it entirely over. As mentioned use some effects, maybe a different font just spend some time on it. If you can take an entire day and work up 3 or 4 designs and work from that and the different...
Tell them thanks for coming to you for a quote and they need to realize you are providing quality products and the other person most likely isn't. If they go somewhere else I wouldn't worry because in 2 months when the stuff is peeling off you can make sure they understand you know what your...
Your going to get different opinions but I would go with solvent all day long and I always choose 4 color because it works for me but if you want a wider color chart then 6 is the way to go. Solvents are much harsher on your printer but if you take care of it and clean it as your supposed to...
I am only printing 54" wide material. I talked to a Versacamm tech from Nazdar and we went through calibration again and I changed it just a tad but he said from my explanations that It should cut fine We will keep working on it and figure it out soon I hope.
When I say the paper slides if I line up dead straight the sheet slips left and right. For some reason just doesn't want to feed straight regardless. I will try to get am additional pinch roller and see if that helps and them look onto carraige cable I guess. Just hoping to fix before I go...
I will purchase 2 more rollers. Would 5 be enough? When I originally bought this machine it had 2 rollers only on it as the guy only used it for a single project of printing square things. I do appreciate the help
Is slides left to right when tracking. The rollers are all good and clean along wit the bottom grit rollers. I have no idea why it would off track that much though. If I were to cut a 2' x 6' logo it would still off track by the paper sliding. Do I add more rollers? Just kinda losing it and...
I know I have mentioned this on here before but after looking through tons of forums I still cannot figure out this tracking issue on my Roland Versacamm VP 540I. I have attatched pictures of simple text with a .25 contour on the image. The carriage cable is great, we have a brand new blade on...
Here is what 1 of our doors looked like and a couple of our windows...Note to self that these are inside pictures with the ice and frost on the inside as well
I don't know about most the members on here but in NW Ohio we are at -38 below with wind chill. Non the less I along with 2 other businesses in about a mile stretch of 30 shops are open. I guess I'm just wondering if anybody else has this nightmare of weather?
On the bright side I can clean...
I have never personally had a summa but I have never once heard anyone have a problem with one of there cutters. In my opinion though I don't own one i have seen them in action multiple times and as far as im concerned they are hands down the best available on the market today
I used this program like 5 years ago and this was the main problem with it. If i remember correctly you need to ungroup and/or unmask. Then delete the backing that is solid color and it should show the entire image.
