Why focus on individual letters when you can do it all at once? Distorting individual letters by a certain percentage or value obviously won't work because they're all different widths.

Wondering what print settings people are using for polypropylene in retractable banners? I use max impact on my SP540V for most jobs but these have photos and the colours aren't ideal. I've experimented with different settings but thought somebody might be able to save me some time. Thanks

Yes it's the same thing as that. It's doing it for me regardless of whether there are any effects applied, not all of the time just on some jobs. I've tried flattening and expanding but it doesn't change, never had a problem using previous version of Illustrator. Might have to try perceptual but...

Having trouble with text printing with a shape behind it lately in Illustrator CC (you can just see it to the right of the B in the photo). Does anybody have any idea what causes this?
