Although I'm not into skulls those sure look realistic.
Is this your personal machine? If so.. let us know how the 3651 holds up.
I would expect it may shrink some.
I dont have this machine but you are asking a lot. And you haven't asked some questions that you should have. YEs.. the lines should be full.
If I was you I would do a search on this machine. You need to know the difference between dye and solvent based inks. They are not the same...
I tried that and trust me it does NOT work.
I filled up the fridge full of beer and by the time I got the aparture, lighting and the angle right... the fridge was have empty again!
Yup .. that's what I would do. Except your pulling the ink throught the head. It's not that bad . Once you do it you will either see a huge difference or realize your head is actually done.
Someone posted a program for just that a while ago.
I just use this simple method: Roughly 1 foot per windup of material.... give or take.( not sure if I said that right)
And here's the thread for the calculator http://www.signs101.com/forums/showthread.php?t=75747
+1 (except I don't usually pause)
I used to leave a leader piece on as well but now I load a fresh cardboard tube so when I finished a print job I take the print and tube together and load it into my the laminator. Also makes it easy to handle the prints/banners.
Good points Boxebay.
I usually just add a color charge if they was an exact (anal) match. Most of my customers seem to be happy with the colors coming out as is , which is very close anyways.
:ROFLMAO:
Sometimes I just go along with them. I see the color they mention and even use there terms. It's easier than educating them.
Yes John, our printer can print evening sky orange but just to be safe maybe you should show your version... just in case.
:goodpost: +1 for what Gino said.
And don't you just love it when a customer comes in and says he needs lettering in a hummingird blue or a autumn red (names of colors that a manufaturer gives their own products)
Doing good Larry. I may be in your neck of the wood this coming week so it may be a good time to meet up :)
(I have to take down the OK tire billboard)
Can you explain a bit about what exactly is a QR code and how to use it. Is that the square looking digital looking thing that Blackberry users use to pass each other the Bm code?
I think a lot of people are reading way more into this than the facts support. He's willing to pay for printing 144 shirts so how is he "sticking" it to anyone.
If it was me selling this to a customer I'd say great. I'm getting paid for 144 but I get to make less .... What's wrong with...
Yes they do.
I taught a CorelDraw course at a local college and so was able to get the educational verion and yes... everything works .. visual basic and macros included.
