I see. Makes sense. Never had that issue. I use 50" and 54" laminate on 54" media with a Daige QM4. If I have something small I printed on a scrap cut-off I just laminate it by hand on my work table.

I use a lot of 50" wide Oracal 210. What does kraft paper have to do with laminate sizes?

How did you figure out if the ink usage measurement was accurate? I'd like to be able to test my setup to see how accurate the calculation is too.
