Def looks like the cable is the prime suspect. Try reseating them and check to make sure they are in working order. Make sure main power is turned off before doing this.

Could be a cable not seated properly or an encoder strip. Are you under warranty or have a dealer you work with?

A few thoughts on this... -Is the machine completely 100% level? -Does it happen with all materials? Specific materials? -Are you using the proper heat settings? Media Clamps? -When you attach the material to the take up are you attaching it in the center or the sides?

How are you certain it's the print head and not the capping stations? Are the stations perfectly aligned to the heads?

Did you get any kind of service report from the person you purchased it from? That's a lot of replacements to do on used machine you just purchased.
