It's not the Roland printer that can't hit the Reds...it's the users who dont know how to properly focus on quality design work and think using "cheaper" 3rd party inks can get you the high quality results. I sell machines, only Rolands, to high end corporations that NEED that RED..and they nail...

This machine is going to blow everything else out of the water! Priced at $30,000 as well! You're getting sssssooooooooooooo much more than the XC-540 and it's $2000 less!! Not to mention over 500 sq ft per hour. Damn Right It's A Winner!

If you have to ask, then i'd say no you arent going to be able to change them. Be smart and contact a service tech to do it right before it costs you more in the long run

We have a BN-20 in our facility and the white has never come out that bad. Who did you buy this from? Have they come to check out the machine? We get a terrific vibrant white everytime! Hate to ask this but it's common on this site, are there 3rd party inks in the machine?
