There should be a folder embedded in the program that will give you a ton of vendor color matching folders. Try looking in the program folder itself under Swatches. It should be in there.

New blade holder...New Strip..periodically, you should take the blade out of the machine, drop a bit of WD40 in the holder, let it sit for a few and blow it out with an air can.
