I'd be interested in an aluminum one, mine are not exact though as I had the same problem you had and just had to make a good guess at it. Works just fine though. I could also send you the vector file I sent to the laser guy if that helps you.

Good luck, we do screen printing as well as signs. I'll sell you my screen printing equipment if you want to do it that bad. Don't get me wrong we have done well with it but for the space it takes up/mess and the type of customers you normally have to deal with it is by far the least...

I had a few of them laser cut, just the gear itself, and then removed the stripped one and glued the new one on.

I'm going to talk with the guy tonight about it, and I might suggest that I am my own one member union. In the mean time I will gather a few quotes from union shops.

This would be perfect except for that I don't have the union bug that is required.

Exactly what I was thinking, unless they are all the same letter which I highly doubt.

To me this sounds like there might not be promise of a completion date on all of them, maybe just one here and there as they have the budget. I could be wrong but I would be careful about giving discounts upfront.
