  1. New shop toys for christmas!

I hope so, if nothing else it will keep me from stepping on ladders so much. Now if I could find a good sign shop to wrap it I'd be set.:Big Laugh
  2. New shop toys for christmas!

Haven't really measured the side reach exactly but I'm gonna say its about 25' max probably not even that much, I would say the outriggers would have still been on it if required by OSHA. I will check into that though. Thanks!
  3. New shop toys for christmas!

I looked closer yesterday evening and there is no ballast on it but to the rear end housing there is a massive stabilizer that holds the suspension from moving independently much at all in the rear. It can move up and down but it will resist rolling. The control is the single handle...
  4. New shop toys for christmas!

I'm gonna take a closer look at this later on today, I think we estimated that we got about 8-9mpg bringing it home so it may have ballast on it somewhere. Thanks!
  5. New shop toys for christmas!

It's fully supported both on the boom and the bucket itself. I appreciate your concern and I'm all ears for anything else I should know.
  6. New shop toys for christmas!

You are correct, no outriggers the truck is a F-550 and is quite stable even all the way up and out as far as it will reach. No welder on it either. I'm really excited to use it!

  11. colorspan 72 uv printers?

The more I look at older posts on these it looks like a lot of them got parted out. Last I talked to the owner of this one he said they would not be able to hook it up in order to do a test print or anything. I'm thinking to treat it as a parts machine at best if I cant even see it run.
  12. need suggestion for optically clear window film!

You could try a clear security window film, not sure how well it would print though.
  13. colorspan 72 uv printers?

What can happen to these printers if they sit for say a month or so?
  14. colorspan 72 uv printers?

I'm also looking at a used 72uvx, what are some things to look for on these units?? What kind of registration accuracy can be obtained when doing double sided prints? From what I gather price on these is anywhere from $5000-10,000, are they worth for someone that doesn't need something super...
