We use a vinyl removal wheel obtained at a body shop supply house like English Color. Stick it in a drill and take it easy. It gets rid of almost all the residue and we just come back over with rapid remover.
380 is more "stretchy" for want of a better word. We wrapped a Kawasaki Tyrex without any primer as a test and it stayed down in the deep channels and contours. I am about to wrap my Suzuki M109R for a winter showroom showpiece and I would definitly use 380 over 180.

We do one of the customer's logo with each vehicle wrap we do. On 180v3. There is usually a square foot or 2 to use when printing.... A great little bonus (customer loves them) and we get additional business from it.
