Yeah, Magenta is usually the first to dry up when left for a while. A good clean / perhaps syringe and captop should get it going. otherwise looks quite good.

I have had encoder strip issues on many occasions and a clean almost always fixes it. I have never replaced it and in talking with a local tech he says he has replaced very few. I did end up having the issue and had to clean the "eye" that reads the strip. Fixed it.
The problem areas are on the edge of the head which could be due to misaligned caps. Make sure your caps line up with your heads.
The syringe needs to be on the under side of the cap. With the head parked use the syringe to draw ink through the head. There is a good chance this could bring...

The little wraps I find are not profitable from a time standpoint. I have wrapped numerous gun stocks and after each one I swear I would never do another.
The problem is that word spreads that you do them.
I have had the fortune/misfortune to own all three makes.
