    Looks like it may be dirt/fibers/etc. On the heads. Inspect the heads / carriage for anything suspect. Also any environmental changes? Humidity etc. It doesn't look like a encoder strip issue but wouldn't hurt to clean it.

    I agree, going to do final measurements today. It doesn't run at the moment so it has to be trailered to our shop which will be this weekend. Here is a pic of it now... There are only 3 built. It is on a vw frame.

    We have had a huge influx of requests for the pink boulevard to be used in events. We wrapped it about a month ago to promote the Susan G. Komen Foundation. Here are some pics from this weekends Race for the Cure walk/run in Fort Worth over the weekend. It was used as the pace vehicle.

    I would second this. The heads will dry up almost overnight. You can use a syringe to pull the ink through the cap stations( do a search on this forum for the technique). If you pull air you know you have a problem.. 4 heads just doesn't seem right.

    Get a concentrated emulsion remover and mix it in a tub large enough to dip the screen in. Leave them soaked for 20 mins and it should come right of. We use ulano qx1 emulsion and have no issues...
