This is a great topic and has sure hit an honest nerve with a lot of us.
One aspect of commercial sign design that is mostly missed is marketing skills (missing the forrest for trees scenario). The ultimate goal for the customer is generating interest through a message. We need to understand...
Ditto here, however I just bought a Rockwell rotary hammer drill which does a great job for short field jobs. It is only 12v but does a far better job than all other 18v hammer drills we have had (Bosch, Dewalt, porter cable, hitachi) If you are only needing to do 8-12 holes it works great.

Has the environment changed where the printer is located (Humidity/temp) It looks like 2 separate issues though. The blotchy print sure looks like a heat/humidity problem but the banding could be starvation. Make sure the black damper has ink in it. If there is an air leak the test print may...

I have a 6 color Roland and I just recently replaced a head on it so I feel your pain too.
Thanks. BTW...

I have searched all the threads I could and can't seem to find a similar issue to the one I am experiencing.
3 year old Mimaki JV33-160 (lightly used)
I started printing a large area of cyan (4ft x 40ft section) and noticed slight banding. I stopped it and ran a test draw and a...
I have had similar issues with fellers and they got rid of our local rep Joe. He was great and always available. I have actually defected with him for certain larger items.
I would like to give a shout out to Reece supply in Dallas. Their customer service is awesome and you get a live person...
