Dry, Window perf is the easiest material to install. BTW if it is laminated and you try to wet stick it, the water in the perf holes will never evaporate and will leave the holes looking "foggy" with NO visibility

If the machine is still under warranty, yes it can and SHOULD be fixed by Roland. Contact your local, Person bought it from, if they can't resolve it then climb the ladder at Roland until you have someone that can resolve the issue. document EVERYTHING, pictures, notes ETC...

+1 no box = older ink. just take a look at the amount of information on the labels. a more interesting question would the labels themselves, are they printed with Roland machines / inks and onto Roland medias?
