Don't do this. Don't second guess your prices and don't start undercutting yourself before you even get a reaction. If you think the piece price will be too high for them do a multi-quote for 40/60/80. A lot of them think less will be cheaper, show them it's not. Also, I don't show setup...

I prefer the look of matte. Also, I carry plenty of gloss white vinyl and prefer to not stock anything I don't have to.

Buffing compound and a professional buffer after vinyl has been removed would be my go to.

If your in to screen printing, Ink knives for $1ea. here:covereyes: I angle mine and soften the edges w/ 200 grit.

From the image it almost looks like Arial Rounded Bold, but you can see a slight square edge on the D's.:covereyes:
