The decals are about 2" tall That's about right. So, is it normal to sell a decal like this? If you don't look really closely, you don't really notice it. Just bugs me.

Thusfar, it seems like the edges on all of the decals I print are very rough. Here is an example of a red and black decal I just did. You can see how the edges are all really rough. The colors are much clearer than when I used to have these ink-jetted, but the edges look horrible. Any ideas...

Bummer... I was able to get a decent deal on this setup. I just can't afford a $20-$50k inkjet printer.

Thanks for the Reply, Scott! I'm a total noob, so, in Composer, would I redo each of the colors to match a gerber foil color, and then add the Spectra-Shade as a gradient coming from below? Who makes the Spectra shade? And, would Composer allow me to add it? Is it similar to this ZeroNine...
