In doing a full or partial wrap on my 2002 Dodge 2500, do I need some sort of template? Or do I just print a ton of vinyl and cut everything out by hand?

I notice when making decals in the Edge 2, that the second pass is always off by a pixel or two. For instance, if I was putting one color directly on top of another, the second color would probably end up to the right by a pixel or so even though in Composer they are directly on top of each...

Hey Everyone! I do a lot of die cut stickers, and thermal printed decals with the Gerber Edge 2. What is the going rate for either die-cut, or thermal printed decals? For instance, what should I charge for 100 3x3 decals on white vinyl, using a single color foil? Thanks for the help...

I have a red/white decal that I'm trying to print on black vinyl. The white came out great but the red was really darkened. I'm using tomato red. How should I go about this? Thanks!

Hmmm, we produce small decals for automotive that go all over the country. Most of which probably end up on a back window and probably aren't sitting directly in the sun. Knowing this, would you still do UV guard? Also, do you just create a layer over everything in Composer as your UV guard...

Do you guys normally put UV/Abrasion guard on your thermal products? Or only for special occasion? The people I bought the Edge setup from, said they only used UV/Abrasion on outdoor applications where the sticker would come in contact with gasoline, like on a gas powered RC car. But for...

Just curious. Ya, I could care less about the customized backing, but it would really impress some of my higher volume clients if I was able to put their logo's and instructions on the back of their stickers. But if the quality is not there then I won't bother.

Gotcha. I appreciate that! Have you tried ZeroNine's Flipside vinyl? They give it a 7 year outdoor durability. http://www.zeronine.com/flipside.html It's way less expensive than Gerber's 220 3M, and they will custom print the back for you. What do you think?

A customer of mine wants to know if I can make a reverse sticker on clear vinyl to stick on the inside of a window. I'm still new to this Gerber Edge, can I do that? What material would I need to get? Thanks! Andy

Wether I plotting or printing, what is the best file format to my work in Omega?

Also, when I'm done editing a decal like that in Composer, do I save it as a GSP .AI file? What is the best format so that it remembers all my work?
