    You can add a white outline, which is just another step or simply increase the offset of the contour cut outside the black outline.

    Unless I'm misunderstanding you, I'm with Bob. Simply put a black outline around the image then put a contour cut within that black outline. You can set it to cut -.0X inside the outline rather than on or outside the line.

    Try using Oracal ICC's, I always had better prints from them than I did with 3M ICC's when I ran a 25500. ICC profiles make or break a 25500.

    Here's an excel macro provided by Murdoch Engineering. Great tool for estimating and then use them for the stamp/approval. Simply fill in the yellow areas and it calculates for you. Iirc, they have a brief tutorial on their website for it.
