    There is a big difference between ink (or paint) being dry and being cured.

    Yes, but there is only one "feed calibration" adjustment. There aren't separate adjustments for each printing direction.

    Please take a look at this pic. VP-540 max inks 40/45 temps. VersaWorks Standard 720x720 (v) mode (8 pass) +.05 feed calibration head speed = 720mm/s feed speed = 8mm/s Uni-directional print is perfect. I can't seem to get my settings dialed in for perfect bi-directional printing of SOLID...

    you don't need to run a job. just load in some scrap vinyl and slew it back a few feet a couple times. Should be more than enough movement to round out the rollers.

    Then flat spots are my guess. I don't know if your rollers come out as easily as the versacamms but i'd try checking them with a caliper.
