try to find a 1mil laminate, do not how much it will cost, but I used to use that a lot for a 2.5mil oracal vinyl. very nice thickness and rigidity.

my experience is that you may be using oracal 631 and a strong transfer tape, that is the problem, the adhesive on the transfer tape is stronger than the adhesive on the vinyl to stick to the wall.

I have the same problem, printing on a 72" long file, it comes about 1/8" short.

I have flexi for HP and when changing settings it freezes, than I have to close it and restart production manager and the same happens..... my solution, use Onyx, I do have both.
