How long is print OK after head clean?

Are the droplets around lettering OLD in the artwork OR part of the problem? If NOT in the artwork, seems to me that indicates you need a cleaning around the black printhead (and probably more).

I did a YouTube search for "Roland 0330" and found this: THIS MAY OR MAY NOT APPLY TO YOUR MACHINE. It's a short video with a phone number "for further assistance" at the end. -suggest you call that number and ask for their help.

Try changing the cap and springs. It isn't like to correct the 3-5 but may help with half the nozzles.

It looks like a dirty encoder strip to me. It needs to be cleaned.

I have similar circumstances and have someone come in and do a test print every second or third day if I'm gone for a while.

Start with a new black printhead and re-evaluate.

Do those lines correspond with pinch roller positions? The only pinch rollers I use are at the extreme ends of the vinyl and then give a "long" time to dry before cutting.

A syringe or brake bleeder will work to put a small vacuum on the affected heads. You may have to try different combinations of tubing (sometimes tubing into tubing) to match it up. Perhaps it's easiest to order a little kit...

I've used your Jetbest ink and found it highly satisfactory. I didn't come back for more because I prefer to use 220ml containers instead of 440ml. I'm REALLY pressed for space (working from my house) and needed the additional few inches (yes, only a few inches at the back of my XC-540).
