Looks like maybe you have a Windows registry conflict as Windows doesn't seem to think Corel is installed on your computer. That could be the case if the software is pirated or if some of the files are corrupt. Might need to do a reinstall.

Looks like an encoder issue. A lot of times a new machine will splatter grease from the rail onto the encoder strip and that can cause issues like this. Clean it with alcohol and see if that helps.

It's the pre and platen heater you want to lower. The dryer usually doesn't cause the buckling. Check the settings in your RIP. Usually the vacuum and heat settings can be controlled there. Otherwise, they should be in the Setup menu on the printer.

Turn the heat down, turn the vacuum up all the way, and clean the platen with alcohol to make sure the material isn't sticking to the platen. If none of that helps, you might need new pinch rollers.

I have seen that be an encoder issue but also an electrical short in the head circuit. The encoder and sensor are the cheaper items to change so you could start there. Try cleaning it first. Other than that, most of the time I see this, it's a bad head cable, bead print head, or other damaged...

Mutoh says you can use the 800mL bags if you have the bulk adapters. I can dropship those adaptors and inks to you directly from Mutoh.

The ink your machine uses does have an 800mL option but it doesn't list your machine as a supported model. I asked my Mutoh rep and I'll let you know what he says.

Yeah I usually just check to see if the pressure is staying consistent. If it's all over the place, sometimes it can have issues but not throw an error. Mostly out of habit.
