I have the same problem :( i think they said it's compatible with MK2, but honestly i don't even know how to figure out if i have an MK2. i just assume i don't. would a firmware update do it? Hope somebody knows!

what do you use to cut? when i cut from cutting master 2 (from illustrator) i have to adjust the offset by (in my case) 0.02 on the x axis and then it's perfect. did you try that?
