may the odds be ever in your favor ......get them to sign something stating that the recommended wait time to install on fresh paint is 2 weeks and that if it fails you are not liable
** prime the back of the letters with primer 94 before you apply the tape and also where the tape will attach...
chat with the client and advise them the wall is not suitable as it was not installed correctly by the contractor, stones should not come out like that (depending on how far away the location is to your shop also advise there may be another install charge)
we do it all the time and dont have a problem if its not one of ours (just got to remember how much to make it grow for the trim)
exactly you need to get the exact tracing and grow it for the trim etc
i would also take down one of the other letters so you can match the red acrylic face ....BUT...
put your work/cutting/weeding table on wheels so its easy to move around
make use of all the wall space, install pegboard or slat wall everywhere
look at fold down tables which are attached to walls (larger ones than the pic below)
i joined one of the FB groups for 'those' home craft cutters and i get a hell of a giggle when they post crap ....hey i just designed this what do you think, i cringe every time spacing is out kerning is out and 30 different fonts are used
are you using opaque vinyl so it blocks out the lights or translucent?
what are the other signs like around that location? (pick the one which will stand out more)
what colour is the building its going on?
how far away is your target audience?
what size is the sign going to be?
really depends on...
if you have the measurements of the frame and its one of the following you can use the following:
EX7 frame: 3/4" off the width 1" off the height
EX12 frame: 3/8" off the width 3/8" off the height
for what i can see you have a few pixels which are out, not sure if these are able to be fixed BUT
if you reverse search in google put in the dimensions and the pixel ratio you may find the LED supplier or even a manual for that size of board
looks like you may have an issue with your encoder strip try giving it a careful wipe down as per your manual, if it still happens you may need to replace it
