My D75 has a large roller on the right,about 150mm wide, which the rh pinch roller has to be on, with 4 smaller rollers to the left. If I'm using 610mm material, which is most of my cutting, the lh pinch roller is on the 3rd small roller from the large one & the rh pinch is on the far rh side...

Yep the oracal 751 komatsu grey should be perfect...the avery 700 series we get here in oz is european so you might not get it in the US

just use avery Komatsu Grey 759-01..i know its calendered but for text on a company vehicle thats what i'd use..i've got avery 747 marine blue on my van & its just having its tenth birthday..i had the van cut & polished & its good as new..the air brushing on the logos looking a bit rat chewed...

see if you can duplicate the effect using a piece on the hood of your car. I'd try to scratch it on purpose with an old applicator..Did the scratches line up between the thin pieces & the wide ? I've always been the first to notice if theres a scratch or flaw in any job i've done...

I've found that happens a lot as that stuff gets older & that some colors are worse than others. It also gets an odd smell to it. Haven't heard of a way around it tho...:banghead:
