at first glance I would have said blade depth. i get similar cuts when i put in new blade too deep but your cuts are really regular so either you are doing a fancy perforated cut or your cutting strip has a nice wavy profile :smile:
I'd go for the family one..sounds like you have the talent for brushwork ( not one of mine unfortunately ) & you are 'puter savvy so it shouldn't take you long to get it figured out & you've got 2 staff to help you. But I'm not a franchise fan so i'm probably a bit one eyed..:rolleyes:
so how much do they charge you for that bodyguardknife in the US ? here in Oz the distributor wants $60 which is too much for someone who loses things like i do ..lol

Thanks for the reply, Bly. It seems theres no one who sells them up here except Spandex & they dont have any demo machines so you've got to rely on user reviews & cross your fingers... i'm leaning to just buying & hoping at this stage lol
