I have noticed more and more of the manufacturers are handling the service of all these machines. For example, Grimco may sell the HP Latex, but all of the hardware service goes through HP.

Does it affect the print area? I usually spot things like this in material I have ordered but maybe I am not looking close enough. Do you have any pictures? I would love to see exactly what you are talking about. thanks again

are these spots from shipping or does it look like it's part of the roll that maybe was defective during manufacturing? I will keep a closer eye on my stuff when I order it too

I've had pretty good luck with the Key Banner, for the price I love it. I HARDLY buy 10oz, but you should try the 13oz, I've yet to get a bad roll yet and it's great for the application

Are your pinch roller settings consistant pressure? Is your rubber cutting track in OK condition?

I am referring to a software that can load templates of specific vehicles, not referring to the design aspect whatsoever.

Just curious on what software you wrap gurus would recommend for someone looking to get into vehicle graphics. I am not new to wide format printing, but wrapping vehicle graphics would be new. I use an HP l25500 with Onyx10, so I imagine the software I am looking for is some sort of template...

For Onyx; the best places to download up to date profiles is their own Printer and Profile Download manager from their website. It has the best variety of materials for that printer. IF there isn't something specific, there will be one very close.
