I finally got this fixed. There is a manual crop mark calibration in the service menu. I was able to correct the issue using it. Just thought I'd post in case someone else has the same problem. Jeff

Ok. Thanks guys. Sounds like VW has more bells and whistles. I just can't figure out the calibration on this thing. I guess I'm going to have to call in an expert. The problem is they are 2 1/2 hours away, so I have to pay for 5 hours before they even look at it. Jeff

Yes I do have it enabled, but I can't find anywhere in Versaworks to tell it to sheet cut after output. I have that setting for my SP but not the GX. Jef
