when I print on 3 mil material. Prints ( for the most part ) on 2 mil look good, some banding here & there, not perfect, but good. When I print on 3 mil, I get "Blotchy" looking results ( kinda looks like leopard skin ). I have played with the heat settings...lower seems to help, but still...
Yes...I am getting that frustrating little triangle ! ...lol. Photoshop CS2, CMYK, Pantone & just a nice blue or red. Today we tried CMYK, 96,93,00,00 and no worky. A picture opened in that color, but then we tried to duplicate it with no luck.
I am trying to pick specific colors with the color picker, yet the computer will not let me choose them...it comes up with a error icon in the color picker box, and will only show something close. Is there a setting I am missing...OR ????
So I printed the Pantone color chart, some colors are not looking like my "Real" pantone color book in my hand ( Hmmm...imagine that...lol ). ALSO, the Black is not printing very dark, it looks more dark grey, or faded black ( of course I have a job to do that is 85% black ). I will say that the...

Newbie to Photoshop...I am having problems picking what I consider "true, rich colors" for my drawings. I want to pick a nice "Coke" red, and I get some muddy red on the screen, and it prints Pink...UGH!!!! ( and the tech made it look SO easy...) What am I doing wrong??
My plotter is run with an old P1 with maybe 128 megs of ram, running windows 98, with Signlab 5.xx. For an "Old Dog"...it is just like my old dog...trusty and faithful. That machine has had 1000's of feet of vinyl thru it, made me lots of $$$, would be lost without it. If you are just starting...
Ah yes...the "infamous" van back corner...one of my personal fav's...LOL. Trying to wrap the "top" back corner is even more of a challange. If I can figure out how to post a picture...I can post a picture of my van with partial wrap.
