yes depending on the brand of vinyl. I've found that you get what you pay for in regards to vinyl. Not only from a durability standpoint, but a production/fallout as well. who's in the avatar?

yes, if it's clean, it should stick fine. if in doubt, i use a thin pinstripe of clear vinyl.

good question. I've heard of cleaner waxes degrading vinyl. we use rapid detailing spray. "Lucas" makes a good one.

what type of vinyl? check your punch holes. hole stress could throw it off that far. if possible, run the test on a poly liner like 225.

in composer, you can use the "thin" options to take out some points and round some corners.
