I recently just move all of my equipment. I just re hooked up my cutter and am recieving an error: The cutter will respond and size the media. After the sizing is complete i recieve this error message (e03001 hp-gl).. Could you let me know what i need to do??? To get my cutter to work?

With my cutter I have only ever used the Type 1 marks for jobs with cut contors... By mistake I printed type 2 marks on a large piece..... Is there any way I can get this to cut????

I get the error E068 Err Cr Encoder. When I power the machine up it acts normally.... themn when it tries to move the carriage I guess?? There is a jolt kinda thud and this error is displayed... What is going on?? I can't turn my machine on at all with out this happening..

When I send a job with a countor cut everything always cut off consistantly to the left about a 1/16" - 1/8" of an inch. Is these any fine tune adjustment I can do to the cutter to moove the cut a little more to the right??? The whole x - y direction thing confuses me??? I know I gotta tune...
