This should be in the manual, however. You can not print the full 30"....its been a long time since I have used one however I think 28.4" sounds about right for a 30" roll. You will only be printing BETWEEN the rollers, not to the edge of the vinyl. Hope that helped.

Yeah I agree, we use it and have had a great response from people.

The pressure used is going to vary from plotter to plotter. How far the blade is extended, blade, blade wear, etc. is all going to play a factor in your settings.

For a food truck partial wrap. Would GF 230 automark work? It has about 15 rivets and is more or less all flat. 36"x22' (x2) and will get contour cut. Getting a new truck next year to replace this one. Or would you use something more like briteline wrapcast?

We have used clean cut blades for as long as i can remember. For Roland, Summa (HP too), and Graphtec. They tend to be sharper then the OEM blades, so turn down the pressure and test before cutting. Also just buy them direct...the price is much better. Here is the link to the 36 deg for your HP...
