Try sticking a piece of matte lam over the reg marks, can help in some cases. If no luck, print some crop marks on white vinyl and stick them on (try to position them as accurately as possible). Good luck!

If you do a lot of commercial signage, outdoor jobs and wraps my best bet would be the double CMYK just because of speed. If it had strong odour it is most certainly UV (if it's not solvent but that smell/feel are you used to =). Latex has little to no smell at all. Of course the material can have some smell itself but in this case it's most certainly UV.

It's a great deal at 500 bucks but check the carriage belt so it's not terrible worn. It can be a cost and takes a while/is a bit fiddly to change correctly.

+1 for this. We hade the same problem on a SP-540i. It turns out the pinch rollers was very dirty and sticky and had never been cleaned. They should be yellowish/brown - ours was black and sticky. Really made a difference, didn't think it would but it did. So try that first if you haven't...

Definitely try a 60 degree blade, cut with sloow speed and also check your blade holder (and clean it) so it don't stick. If it's dirty it will show more problems on difficult materials. Good luck!

We use the same material with the same stickyness and on the Rolands you can try to remove the media clamps alltogether and not use any, helps a bit. And go sloow with a new knife. But it's tricky to cut, even on the Summa. Seems like the backing is quite slippery...
