You need to know what the existing foundation is - may be in archives somewhere, especially if that sign was built after Big K. If you find that, you may be able to use existing foundation and pole stump with boltplate for a taller pole. Feed them tat info and they should be able to spec pole...

I'd mask and paint, if possible. Mask would give you a good idea of how the final would turn out before painting.

Rick - Circle face has 2" retainer, with break about 1/3 of the way up. Means we only have to lift the face about 6" to pull it out. It's a heavy sumbish, especially with the pushthroughs tacked on. Seam was unavoidable, unfortunately. Couldn't get a brushed aluminum piece large enough.

I'd go nutserts... and use acrylic or ACM for the panels. PVC is gonna warp to hell and look bad.
