All of the calibration tests are set to what they should be. This machine has had 3 print heads replaced. I am thinking that maybe the replaced heads are physically out of alignment, but that should still show in the test prints.

Never use a calendared vinyl over rivets. Brand is totally up to preference, but definitely make sure you use a cast vinyl and cast laminate.

The tech just came back by. He made a few more adjustments, and the prints are acceptable now. There is still some fuzziness in solid color areas though, and he took samples to try and figure out the problem. Physical head alignment could be the issue considering 3/4 have been replaced.
