Looks like Jim has the answer to your issue, but as far as your general question: I do a manual head cleaning once a week. At the beginning of every day of printing, I do a test print to check the heads. If There's any dots missing, I'll have the machine do a regular cleaning.

You can drag multiple files into Versaworks 6? I just switched over to Versaworks 6, and still can only import files to the queue one at a time. Is that some default setting I can switch off?

I was just gifted two unused 54" rolls of Micro Perf. There's no markings or branding anywhere on the tubes, but I was told one is for vehicle windows and the other is for storefront windows. The holes on one roll are slightly bigger than the other. Do you know which is which? Thanks
