  1. Always getting jealous of other decals!

The clarity or resolution of your printed image is more dependent on the artwork resolution and printer settings than the media you are printing on. I don't have your brand of printer so I don't know what to tell you, I have a Roland and I can tell you my printer and the Versaworks RIP has...

  4. Dimensioning Tool for Illy?

I just copied this off their webpage: Licenses are no longer platform-specific, but are still limited to one license per user. Multiple license discounts will appear as the quantity changes in the shopping cart. Email us for quotes and education discounts. https://www.hotdoor.com/cadtools
  5. Dimensioning Tool for Illy?

CADTools is the BEST plugin for Illy to make the on-demand dimensions you want to do, I have not found anything else to work as well. CADTools does offer Multiple license discounts, you just need to contact them, the more licenses, the bigger the discount. For example the discount for the...
  6. No wet application for Reflective vinyl...why?

Hey, I just found a video of someone using the 64" Big Squeegee laminating tool to apply large rolls of vinyl, so maybe it will work for your project? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QS62p46f2ag
  7. No wet application for Reflective vinyl...why?

Many folks have informed you as to why NOT apply wet, because the wet application will react with the aluminum reflective particles, also I always follow the manufactures recommendations, they know more about their products than I do. The Big Squeegee works great to apply large graphics like...

  9. stealth black reflective

Yep, I would bet it's black reflective with the other parts layered on top of the black reflective. I don't believe you can print 75% (or any real heavy amount) of black over white reflective and then have it reflect light as shown in your photo, the black ink would just block the reflective...
  10. Recent project done

Amazing work :thumb:, but 2.5 hours, how do you charge for doing something like that? That's only 3 jackets in an 8 hour day!
  11. HELP finding this font! Thanks!

  12. Roland SP-300V not printing??

I didn't use my printer for two weeks and had a similar test print like yours, I did a couple of print head soakings (over night) and also the trick using a swab soaked with cleaning solution and VERY VERY LIGHTLY let it touch the surface of the black print head to dissolve the dried ink on the...

  15. Editing bitmap - need help

Really, this method will rotate the image to the correct angle and change the perspective to match that of the table? I don't think so!

  18. Editing bitmap - need help

There has always been a pissing contest between Corel and Adobe users, I have used both and always preferred the Adobe products, and for photo work nothing beats PS. For Vector work (IMO) nothing beats Illy, and for bitmapped projects noting beats PS, each is specialized for the particular...
  19. Editing bitmap - need help

In Photoshop, you use layers, and just add the flag image to the layer above the table, then using the TRANSFORM DISTORT tool, you drag each corner of the flag to the corresponding corner of the table, making the flag image match the perspective of the table, without distorting the table image...
  20. Editing bitmap - need help

It doesn't look like you lost any of the image to me, everything is there, just at an extreme perspective. I don't use Corel, this is very easy to do in Photoshop using the TRANSFORM, DISTORT tool, with NO loss of any of the image or you can crop if you like.
