    not sure his reason, but, i know alot of people do this method so the printer is free to print whilst having a seperate cutter just to cut, it free up both machines and is faster. i also use my vp540i to print and cut and do not have a seperate cutter for my vp.

    we get tunneling when we print on perf, we just turn off the heaters and that solves the problem, then we let "air dry" for 24 hrs.

    sounds like your using the wrong profile! firstly it should noway use that much ink. if the ink is soaking wet as its coming off then thats a red flag right there. the ink sould be touch dry after only a minute or so, sounds like this is not the case with your prints. also sounds like it may...

    yeah, my supplier i'm pretty sure does that package. phone up proveer and ask them about, at least then you can get some info. your in NC also, same as me, i use proveer out of garner, near raleigh.

    it has to have a "bleed" at the bottom. we do retractable banners stands and all of them has a "bleed" at the bottom. can be from 5"-8" depending on make/model etc. also some you just use double sided banner tape on and other you have a clasp system to hold in place..........again, depends on...

    ok, you should be able to take out the circle cleanly from the square, once you can do that, you have enough pressure/force to cut your print with. remember you can adjust the force from the menu.

    ok, i'm not sure how much you know about the printer so........ in the menu, there is a test cut feature. you can in the menu go to cut force and increase this by using the up and down arrows on the machine.(you can also increase the force in vw)

    do a test cut! thats the only way you will see if you have enough pressure/force to cut through both lam and material.

    we only do one pass. just increase the pressure/force so its enough to do 1 pass. make sure you have a good blade also, because if you do alot of cutting, it will dull the blade and it will take alot more pressure/force to cut out your graphics. just do a test cut, see if it works, if not...

    don't even think about it any more!! just buy one!! lol....... you will be amazed at the difference! i know others have said before i bought mine, how good it was etc etc, but untill you get one and realize what you have been missing!!.......well....its in a different league.
