honestly i think gino makes the best case. subbing out the job for local graffiti artists. most guys would s*** a brick if they knew they had town clearance to paint on a wall like that. the problem is finding local artists who will work within parameters that the city lays down. i have a few...
as far as i know, you would not see static on things like foam and poster paper. i would look closely at the head to see if there is some sort of deflection going on.
nazdar is a solid 3rd party ink company. once you are out of warranty, id recommend checking into them for more than just the flush. inks are solid and for about half the price of a roland cart.
from what i have gathered, hp does not recommend using hp photo real with the 831a ink set. it doesn't cure correctly with the new optimizer. highly recommend sihl 3686 tri solv prime art paper. at least for my 560, there was a profile already existing within the hp profile center, and was...
aha absolutely my friend. and i know what you mean by saving hours and hours. just wait till you can get a flatbed cutter. then you'll really know what speed is haha. but yeah if you have any questions absolutely let me know or you can shoot me an email. if email is easier, just pm me and ill...

hey guys i really hope someone can help me here. this morning i come in, load up a 38" roll and hit set up. the carriage comes across to measure but is consistently coming up about 2 and a half inches short. its kind of locking me into place unfortunately. does anyone have any ideas as to what...
it would lift and scrape heads because of the foil's rigidity. it just didn't wanna stay down and at 1200 a head I'm okay with moving it over to a printer thats about 150 a head.
okay good to know. do you know if you guys just ran it under a sav profile or something different? i don't feel like eating an entire set of heads to figure this out you know?
Hey guys, we've been toying with trying out the jessup asphalt art on a roll to roll printer to alleviate the issues we've been having trying to run it on uv. Has anyone ever had luck with this stuff on a r2r and if so any tips? any help at all would be much appreciated!!
Thanks!!!
Alex
